Rossinavi delivers 52m superyacht Florentia to customer

Italian shipyard Rossinavi has announced the delivery of the 52m Florentia, which was launched from its Pisa shipyard in June.

Constructed from a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, the custom full displacement yacht was sold in October 2017.

Rossinavi CEO Federico Rossi described the Florentia as "a yacht characterized by romantic lines, timeless elegance, refined interiors and spacious spaces." He added: "Florentia is a vessel where functionality and efficiency are a testament to style."

Stefano Vafiadis of Studio Vafiadis said the yacht is the perfect example of a fully custom superyacht. It is designed and built with the needs of the owner in mind.

The vessel can accommodate up to 12 guests. Forward on the main deck, there is a master suite with a private balcony and two walk-in closets. The cabin also features a spectacular ring-shaped mirror above the bed that reflects light in all directions.

Elsewhere on the flight deck, a VIP suite can be found with a bow balcony and access to an outdoor Jacuzzi aft. Two double guest bedrooms are located on the lower deck next to the crew quarters. There is also a kitchen, living room, laundry and five double rooms for a crew of 11. The staircase to the main deck of the superyacht, which is called the "beating heart", is a key element of the interior design. It combines warm tones, leather and light wood.

Powered by two Cat 3512E engines, the Florentia is capable of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 13.5 knots. The yacht will have a cruising range of 5,000 nautical miles at a speed of 10 knots.
