Italian shipyard Tankoa Yachts has unveiled the first photos of the new superyacht Olokun, which were taken during the handover of the boat to its owner.
Olokun is the third yacht of the shipbuilder's All-Aluminium series. The design of the boat was developed by the exclusive order of the Italian architect Francesco Paszkowski, and the finishing was done by Casadio Miami.
A feature of the 50-meter mega-yacht is considered to be a unique high-quality coating, which does not allow the boat to heat up above 10 degrees even in the sun.
On the main deck there is the owner's apartment with a large office, bathroom and Jacuzzi. The upper deck has a seating area and a captain's quarters. Aft is a spacious dining area. The lower deck is reserved for guest cabins, which can accommodate up to 10 people. There are also separate rooms for 9 crew members.
The flybridge has a recreation area, which houses a solarium, mini-bar, jacuzzi. At the stern there are garages for storing tenders and various water toys. The manufacturer does not disclose the internal design of the yacht.
As a power plant, Olokun uses a pair of MTU 8V 4000 M54 diesel engines, which are capable of accelerating the boat up to 18 knots.
