The yacht was presented for the first time at the Cannes Yachting Festival.
British motor yacht builder Sunseeker unveiled new renderings of the 24.4-meter Ocean 156 at the Miami International Boat Show.
Currently, the first yacht from the new line is already under construction. The manufacturer assures that the new three-deck model, thanks to its improved layout, has “a much greater sense of space than other yachts of this size.”
The Ocean 156 features an enclosed upper deck and one helmsman's station, thanks to which the designers managed to win extra space on the main deck below. The upper deck features a Portuguese bridge with loungers and the possibility of a Jacuzzi.
The main salon uses a large amount of glass, providing panoramic views. In the standard configuration, the open galley and dinette are located aft, the bar is located forward, and the floating staircase is located centrally. However, the Ocean 156 can be ordered with an individual layout, including a central galley.
The yacht is designed for eight guests, who are accommodated in four cabins. The owner's cabin can be located on the lower deck in the middle of the yacht or on the main deck for direct access to the foredeck and optimal visibility. The VIP cabin and two guest cabins are located on the lower deck, while crew accommodation is located forward in the engine room.
