The new yacht has a low noise level and fuel consumption.
Based in the Netherlands, Moonen Shipyards has launched the first of its 34-meter Moonen 110, also known as the YN202. The launch comes one year after the steel hull and aluminum superstructure joined.
The shipyard describes the Moonen 110 as a “gentleman’s yacht” with a design that draws inspiration from the Moonen 84 and 97. To develop the exterior profile and naval architecture of the new model, Moonen teamed up with René van der Velden and Diana Yacht Design, who previously worked on the Martinique series.
The yacht's interior concept was developed by London-based Studio Indigo. Its distinctive feature is "clean, flowing lines, accentuated by curved organic shapes that create a relaxing and calming interior." The authors of the project also note the wide spiral staircase made of natural wood, which is the central element of the yacht's design.
The Moonen 110 saloon, which has a total volume of 256 GT, can accommodate 10 guests. The yacht also features numerous outdoor seating areas, panoramic windows in the main saloon and space optimized for entertaining.
The new yacht features low noise levels and low fuel consumption - 92 liters per hour when cruising at 10 knots. A 7.5-meter tender is stored on board the yacht.
