Dutch yacht builder Jongert is working on the new 47-m Project Revolution

After construction resumed, the original concept and most of the ship's interiors were changed.

The Netherlands-based shipyard Jongert continues to work on its latest project, the 47-metre Project Revolution, with delivery scheduled for 2025.

The yacht, built in steel and aluminum, will be the first to be made under the Jongert brand since the 39-meter Smooth Operator in 2010. She is currently for sale by Fraser.

Since construction resumed, the original concept and much of Project Revolution's interior have reportedly been changed to make the yacht "more versatile and suitable for modern buyers."

The design was inspired by the concept of Flow, a yacht built in 2015. According to the shipyard, the ship will have an excellent technical base for cruising the planet.

Revolution will accommodate 10 guests and 11 crew. The yacht will be powered by a diesel-electric propulsion system with reduced noise and vibration levels. The maximum speed will be 13.5 knots, and the cruising speed will be 11 knots, with a range of 4,500 nautical miles.

Jongert is a Dutch yacht builder specializing in the design and construction of custom sailing yachts. The company was founded in 1953 by Wim Jongert and initially specialized in building motorboats. However, in the 1960s, the company shifted its focus to building sailing yachts.
