O'Rea
The new generation yacht is currently under construction in Athens.
Greek shipyard Golden Yachts has released the first renderings of its 77m yacht O'Rea. The interior of the yacht, which will be the eleventh in the Golden Yachts portfolio, was designed with the participation of Giorgio Vafiadis and the Italian studio Massari Design. The vessel is distinguished by a modern plumb bow as opposed to the more flared bows of similar vessels.
O'Rea has two glass bottom pools on the main deck aft and on the sun deck. The yacht also boasts plenty of natural light. A piano and an audio-visual system for watching movies are installed on the upper deck of the vessel.
250 materials are used in the interiors, including precious woods and stones. The yacht has a beach club with a Finnish sauna and a Turkish hammam. Guests are accommodated in eight spacious staterooms, and the owner's suite connects to a private office.
The first delivery of the new Golden Yachts flagship is scheduled for June 2023. This will be another important step for the shipyard after the presentation of the 88th Project X at the Monaco Yacht Show. The vessel has been nominated for the 2023 Boat International Design and Innovation Awards in the category “Outstanding Exterior: Motor Yacht 60m and Above”.
The weekly charter rate for a yacht from Northrop and Johnson will be from $680 thousand. (more…)
