The model boasts “unsurpassed performance in terms of agility, vibration-free performance and optimized fuel consumption.”
Tuscany-based shipyard AB Yachts has launched the new AB100 series of yachts. It is a 30.5-meter sport model, number 196.
The press release accompanying the launch notes that the new boat is capable of “breathtaking” speeds of up to 50 knots. At the same time, guests will be able to “feel the rush of pure adrenaline in complete safety”, given the high levels of comfort and efficiency of the vessel.
The new yacht of the NEXT Yacht Group-controlled shipyard has a distinctive red color, referring to the world of Formula 1 sports cars. The elegant design of AB100 identifies direct contact with the sea.
The main salon and aft cockpit are connected by a seamless transition between interior and exterior through sliding doors. Panoramic 360-degree windows provide unobstructed ocean views and plenty of natural light. The main salon also features an open roof, transforming the space into an open-air space.
As with every AB Yachts model, the exterior and interior of the yacht can be customized to the owner's individual needs and preferences. For Hull 196, this means creating a friendly and informal environment that can accommodate up to 10 guests in four staterooms. There are also separate accommodations for a crew of up to four to ensure the smooth running of the yacht.
The yacht has an innovative system for easy launching and towing tenders and toys from the stern of the vessel. It is noted that the AB100 boasts “unsurpassed characteristics in terms of maneuverability, absence of vibrations and optimized fuel consumption.” And the shallow draft of 1.3 meters allows the boat to move through shallow water at higher speeds.
