Italian shipyard AB Yachts has announced the launching of the 36.8-meter AB120 motor yacht. The vessel reflects Next Yacht Group's new strategy of building a fleet focusing on using advanced technology and unique solutions.
The creators call the new yacht “a combination of technology and innovative materials, the most modern construction methods, sporty character and pure sensuality.”
The AB120 features a spacious 100 square meter retractable stern capable of forming a large beach area. It can be integrated with the cockpit and the main saloon, combining interior and exterior space.
The yacht also features extensive glazing, with the main salon flooded with natural light through the use of over 500 square feet of transparent surfaces.
AB120 is equipped with furniture from Flexform - the interiors are dominated by warm tones and natural shades. Inside, the yacht can accommodate up to 10 guests in four cabins, as well as six crew members. The yacht owner has a gym, a bar and an open-air cinema at his disposal.
The manufacturer notes that, with a draft of about 1.35 meters, the yacht can call at the most exclusive ports and harbors. The maximum speed of the vessel is over 45 knots.
